Humypaa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is permitted only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and all references to "you" include that organisation.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date.
4.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify Humypaa immediately at contact@humypaa.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.3 Account Termination
Humypaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or if your conduct is deemed harmful to other Users or the Platform.
5. Use of the Platform
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended educational and professional development purposes.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Content without express written permission from Humypaa
- Uploading or transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Using the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam
- Engaging in any conduct that could damage the reputation of Humypaa or other Users
- Sharing your Account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your Account
5.3 Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Humypaa does not assume responsibility for any consequences arising from your failure to comply.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Humypaa or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over such materials.
6.2 Limited Licence
Humypaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Content.
6.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content, feedback, ideas, or materials through the Platform, you grant Humypaa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such submissions for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your submissions but warrant that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain Services on the Platform are offered for a fee. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Humypaa does not store your full payment card details. You agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor when making a transaction.
7.3 Refunds

You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the Platform. Displayed prices may or may not include applicable taxes, which will be indicated at checkout.

10. Disclaimers
10.1 No Warranties
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Humypaa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10.2 Educational Outcomes
Humypaa makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or achievements that may result from participating in any workshop, program, or learning activity on the Platform. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and other factors.
10.3 Accuracy of Content
While Humypaa endeavours to keep Content accurate and current, no warranty is made as to the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Humypaa, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.
In no event shall Humypaa's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Humypaa in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or a nominal sum if no payment has been made.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Humypaa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to the Platform
Humypaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its Services at any time, with or without notice. Humypaa shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
14. Termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Platform. Humypaa may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Humypaa with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Humypaa to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
